The Grove Brentwood

I don't normally leave reviews, but the associate Frankie was so welcoming that I had to make sure others knew. If you are fortunate enough to meet with him, you will be in the kindest and most capable hands. He is an absolute pleasure and made the entire experience so smooth, I can not thank him enough!

My husband and I just did a tour of the facility and we were so impressed! We’ve been so stressed about moving to the area and we feel at ease after visiting. The renovations were so nice and the facility looks super well maintained! So excited to live here!

I sent a family member over to the Grove of Brentwood and they stated Bryan was by far the best he worked with. He listened to his wants and needs and got him situated in a apartment that fit into his budget he also stated the office was beautifully decorated and he would highly recommend 👌

Hate it here. Maintenance won’t fix ANYTHING. I called 3 times with a maintenance emergency and was told each time that someone would be coming immediately. I never had anyone come, nor any follow-up from the office staff I spoke to. My apartment was not properly cleaned before my move-in, lots of items were left by the previous tenants and not removed, and there is damage everywhere, including large holes in the walls, improperly installed vinyl flooring, and broken blinds (to be fully transparent my move-in was under the previous management). Office did not provide lease renewal info until 2 weeks before my lease was up (called and emailed probably 10 times in the weeks leading up to it and was told i would “receive it soon” every time). Finally, a minor but definitely frustrating problem, I’d love to know why the pool is closed on weekends when the hours on the sign say it should be open. It’s frustrating that it’s only open during work hours during the week, then closed weekends. On a positive note, the office staff is friendly. I’ve only had positive interactions with the staff I’ve spoken to in person. I believe most problems are not from them, but from either the maintenance staff or management.

The office staff is always helpful and friendly! Maintenance always takes care of my issues in a timely manner and the office will follow up. I love that!
