Gazebo Apartment Homes

Living at Gazebo has been a beautiful, friendly, and aesthetically impeccable experience for the last six months. The grounds and pools are well maintained, the neighbors are nice, the playground is cute, and the dog park is always full of cute dogs. Maintenance in the apartment has been quick and responsive, and the interior living situation could not be finer. Administrative needs are always handled promptly and professionally and in perfect order. The office staff works efficiently and is accommodating of any special needs I have had. The tennis courts and trees and creeks make for a beautiful community. I am so happy I found Gazebo - I couldn't pick a better place to call home.

This review is for management, location and price is reasonable but they dropped the ball so many times. Firstly I had my car stolen in front of my apartment the first week I moved in. No condolences from them or any help with camera footage. I took over a lease and wanted to resign and they said we couldn’t because I took over for the primary lease holder… so we moved apartments. I wanted to look at the apartment before we agreed but they said we couldn’t and promised it was EXACTLY the same. Even though it was the same floor plan, the new place had no drawers in the kitchen and the washer and dryer in the kitchen which I had to use as a prep table. Also it’s above the maintenance unit and I hear them EVERY morning yelling and banging. Not to mention half this building burned down so there’s been construction rebuilding that side all year. They have a guest apartment you can rent for friends and family which I booked two months in advance and paid for, but when I went to get the keys they said someone was in there. The people in the leasing office looked at me like I had two heads! When I went back in to get reimbursed they said it was already credited (which it was not). Bottom line is rent anywhere else if you would like to be treated decently and competently. I would give them zero stars if possible.

LOVE living in gazebo!! The staff is one of my favorite parts about living there (: The maintenance team is always quick to respond to requests and so friendly to wave as you drive by! Also really love Elaine the assit. manager. She has kindly worked through various questions and calls with me. Location is safe and clean. Quality and number of amenities far exceed the cost of living so close to downtown!

Leasing agent was very helpful and always got back with me! They made everything super easy to understand and assisted me through the moving process. They were happy to accommodate regarding my timeline to move in and making sure I got a unit with a washer/dryer already installed! Very beautiful outside, and at every visit I’ve seen so many people walking and out. Always a good sign :)

First off the staff is very friendly! The apartments are spacious and clean! The pools and gym are great! I’ve only had 2 minor maintenance requests and they were fulfilled within 24hrs of me alerting them! I can’t say enough good about them! Definitely give them a tour if you’re in need of an apartment near downtown Nashville!
