Grit 22 is the place to be. Being a York College athlete, Isaiah has helped me improve on my athletic capabilities. Not only is the gym itself a welcoming atmosphere, I always get in a great workout every time I go. From just the brief time I have been a client, I have already seen improvements in myself both physically and mentally. I highly recommend to give this gym a try whether it’s preparing for season or just wanting to better personally!

Grit 22 is without a doubt a GREAT place to train. It's very personable, working on not only improving your overall fitness but identifying and working to fix the areas you are weak in. This is extremely beneficial to me personally as a collegiate athlete. It is a very welcoming workout environment. Isaiah is always explaining why we are doing something and elaborating what muscles the specific exercise is working. Both myself and the people around me have noticed a difference in my level of fitness. I highly recommend doing a workout here whether you are an athlete or not, you won't regret it!

Strength training at Grit has literally saved my back. When I started 3 months ago I was afraid to squat with weight, after multiple back injuries and plateauing results from physical therapy. Now I'm confidently squatting and deadlifting more than I have in years with no fear of injury, due to fantastic programming and coaching. Highly recommend!

Solid place to train, hands down! I just got my consultation and I can already tell I'm going to ditch my other gym memberships. If you want to get out of your comfort zone go see Isaiah! he will educate, encourage and push you to where you want to be. That being said, I think my favorite part is that he can always clearly articulate the "how" and "why" to doing things as he recommends. Very knowledgeable guy, very clean facility. Time to get off your couch👍

Very fun competitive atmosphere. I look forward to going every time throughout the week. 2 on 1 coaching which makes it very personal but you aren’t waiting around in between reps. I have made incredible progress and have learned so much in a short amount of time. Everyone in the gym has become like family. We all support each other and our goals. Highly recommend to anyone whether in a sport, anyone who has weight loss goals or just loves fitness in general!
