Today was my first session at alliance with Adam. He assessed me then got straight to work. Adam is very knowledgeable with his tissue work and very professional with what he does. I’m looking forward to my next 3 sessions I have booked with him to get the work I need and my Body back in check. Highly recommended by a friend and Adam didn’t disappoint.

Adam has been doing my tissue work for over four years now he is the best. He always gets me together my legs are always out of whack from lifting but he fixes me every time thank you so much 🤗🤗

ADAM IS THE BEST!!!! I walk into his room falling apart, hitting plateaus in the gym, being unblanced in my posing and I walk out a brand new person the next day Im hitting prs and my shoulder pain is non existent he is by far the absolute best guy to get your tissue work done if you are a bodybuilder or lifter!
