I love this gym because it addresses your whole being; mind, body and soul! It offers a variety of classes from circuit training to Bootcamp to zumba to hula hoop to painting parties, etc. Very welcoming atmosphere that attracts a very diverse clientele. This is my go to gym, full of good vibes and nice staff. I attend training classes with some of the most experienced trainers. I recommend this gym, they have a variety of fitness options. Thanks Fit But Fit Crew!

Since coming here i was able to loss 20 lb With the help of the owner and wonderful classes they offer. Also the social activities they also offer that includes Chat and Chew painting session. they Zumba and Personal Coaching on health and wellness

If you have any spare time I suggest you try this place I enjoyed myself so much, I go to the line dance class and they have many more classes I can't wait to learn them all, try it you will not be disappointed
