I recently visited the Planet Fitness located at 2534 Moreland Rd, Willow Grove, PA 19090, and had an excellent experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. The equipment is top-notch and plentiful, ensuring that I never had to wait to use a machine. The gym is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate between different workout areas. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a smile upon arrival and were always available to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Their professionalism and dedication to maintaining a positive atmosphere truly stand out. Additionally, the locker rooms are clean and provide ample space for changing and storing belongings. The showers are private and well-maintained, offering a comfortable end to a great workout. Overall, my experience at this Planet Fitness location was outstanding. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable place to work out in the Willow Grove area.

To be honest, the only employee that truly stands out to me because of how welcoming, kind, friendly and hard-working she is is Tracy. Watching how good she cleans, makes me feel like this is a well kept environment. She is such a pleasure to see every morning. I do recommend this location . I wish all of the staff gave this same impression, it would really glow up the place

Today is November 8th 2024, second day in a row the planet fitness employee has people standing out in the cold because they are not mature enough to show up to their job on time. This is ridiculous. Currently 5:10 am doors still locked. Yesterday was excusable, mistakes happen. Two days in a row?? Plant fitness please be better and put this sorry excuse of an employee on a different shift. EDIT: Turns out they eventually showed up 20min late, and it was a different employee than yesterday! Wow that’s great, two employees who show up late! EDIT: January 2nd, 510am. NOT OPEN AGAIN ON TIME. HOW ABOUT YOU HIRE A COMPETENT ADULT!!

Overall gym is great, personal trainer Olga is amazing. But is gym is place for loose weight and build muscles and GYM Don’t HAVE A SCALE!!! Ridiculous

Poor customer service. I submitted several online feedback forms about a cleanliness/safety concern I experienced while at this gym and no one has followed up with me. They said they called me several times but I never got a single phone call. I put a membership cancellation request in the day after the incident occurred and I still got charged for the following month. I will be finding a higher quality gym to go to.
