The Light Within Yoga Studio

I travel all over the U.S. and always find a yoga studio if I’m there any length of time. The Light Within studio is truly a gem with wonderful teachers. I highly recommend going to a class if in the area or giving it a try if you live close by.

I was looking for a new yoga “home” after relocating. I am so thankful to have found Lynn and the Light Within. Every class is welcoming, both by the attendees and the material offered. I feel comfortable coming as I am and being accepted.

Lynn is a super awesome instructor. I look forward to Monday's because her class helps me set my intentions for the week. I always leave there feeling amazing!

It has been about two years that I have been treating myself to yoga at The Light Within Studio and I love it! I was totally new to yoga and the teachers have been extremely helpful in making me feel completely comfortable learning at my own pace. It sounds cliche, but it is life changing. It is so relaxing! From the second I walk in it is just a different world. It is the best gift I have ever given myself. I am stronger, much more flexible and free from previous back pain.

I absolutely love The Light Within Yoga Studio! It offers a warm, relaxing environment which gives you a challenging yoga practice. I honestly feel like I was able to get stronger on the inside as well as the outside. Alison is an amazing person and teacher. She teaches to all levels and makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend!
