A clean, comfortable environment with great lifting equipment and training plans personalised to you. Maria is my trainer and she is absolutely amazing! She is personable, positive, pays great attention to form and is overall just a really great trainer!! The founder, Ryan, is also very kind and is attentive to each persons needs, making adjustments or suggestions where he sees fit. Was definitely intimidated going in my first session but I just signed up for 6 more sessions with them, would definitely recommend for all levels (including beginners!) Lots of other positive and inclusive women apart of the community as well which really contributes to the comfortable vibe :)

I can’t say enough great stuff about everyone at West Chester Weightlifting ! From the moment that I started working out there I have had the best experiences. All of the trainers there are knowledgeable , positive, and want the best for you. Ryan is an awesome person! He takes his time and thoroughly explains every exercise to you and gives you positive feed back! I will continue to work out with West Chester Weightlifting , it is the best gym by far that I have been too!

I have been lifting with Kristin, Ryan and the crew here since August. I’ve already seen so much progress! The environment is very supportive and the staff are all very knowledgable. These are highly technical movements but I feel safe being guided through them with the expertise here. You should definitely give it a try. I have had chronic pain issues that have since disappeared. I have a much easier time sitting all day at my desk job. Seriously, if you’re on the fence, invest in yourself - Weightlifting changes lives!

From dipping your toes into lifting to being an experienced lifter, if you’re in the area check out WC weightlifting. I come from a CrossFit background and Ryan has been amazing helping me fine tune my lifts and offer some great advice. Great community feel, great gym and highly recommend checking them out!

6 years ago I lost over 100 pounds but I never did strength training or improved my balance or mobility. I still moved like I was obese. Recently I took a chance and decided to get out of my comfort zone and started with a beginner session at West Chester Weightlifting and I love it! They met me where I was (very beginner) and they encouraged me and pushed me when needed. I feel stronger physically and mentally. My balance and mobility improved too. If you are a beginner and considering strength training I highly recommend WC Weightlifting.
