My friend, who’s known the owner for a while, invited me to this gym and it was very simple nothing overly complicated. Owner was very nice friendly and didn’t come across as an egomaniac. Only $10 to get in no complaints from me.

I'm kind of mad I don't live here. Gyms this good are hard to come by. Definitely a gym owned by someone who knows what equipment is important to have in a gym.

I’m an novice at lifting. I’ve never done it before and quite frankly I was terrified to try. I was afraid I’d be judged and feel completely out of place. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The atmosphere that Toby and Clint have created is inviting and nonjudgmental. Clint and Toby are both fast to help and explain what the machines do or how to properly lift the free style weights. Thank you Asylum owners and patrons for making everyone feel welcome and supported. I don’t have a pic of me but I have one of my husband.

Great gym! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The owners are really nice people and they offer several programs to help you meet your goal. I would recommend this gym to anyone that is looking for a good gym in town

Really great gym! I’ve always felt really nervous about joining a gym but I’ve felt really supported by the East Coast Training Asylum since the first time I walked through the door. They’ve helped me learn how to use different equipment and lifting techniques. I have developed a lot of confidence in myself since coming here and I’ve learned a lot.
