A dear friend of mine suggested I take the Chair Yoga class with Sandra. I have quite a few medical issues, including a recent knee replacement and severe osteoarthritis. I was hesitant, but thought I would give it a try. Best decision EVER! After every class, I feel less pain and more mobility. My balance is improving. But best of all, I feel emotionally and spiritually revived afterwards. Grateful doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. Give it a try!
