“When my son, Tyler, began training at Outer Limits, a program was specifically designed to increase speed, strength, muscle mass and agility. Bill and his team worked individually with Tyler and kept me updated on progress and development. His results have been truly amazing. He has added 25 lbs. of muscle while gaining an enormous amount of strength and speed. My daughter has been training at Outer Limits for a few months to prepare for her next basketball season. In that short amount of time, her vertical jump increased nearly 4 inches and she is noticeably faster on the court. It is a little pricey training here, but it's well worth it to receive the high quality training and results.

In the 6 months that I have been training at Outer Limits I have seen a marked increase in strength and muscle mass and a decrease in body fat. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and supportive of my fitness goals. I highly recommend training at Outer Limits.

Terrible experience. Lack of trainers to athletes, and athletes aren't getting the one on one training experience that you very much over pay for at the facility. Athlete favoritism 100%, some athletes get more attention than others. Facility has no water fountain you must bring your own beverages, and the bathroom looks like a horror film was shot in it. There are much better ways to spend your 1000 dollars for training, starting with a regular gym membership.

My son wanted to put on 20 pounds before baseball season and has gained almost 30. We are more than happy with his results and would recommend outer limits to anyone.
