I've been a member of United Fitness Gym for several years now, and it's been a fantastic experience. The gym is always clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any questions. The classes cater to all fitness levels making it a great place to work out for everyone. The community atmosphere is also a big plus – it's motivating to work out alongside others who are equally committed to their fitness goals. If you’re looking for a gym with classes taught by coaches who care, you’ve found it. You won’t be just another member. Liz has a great group of coaches who make classes fun and safe. They check in and really do what they can to help you meet your individualized goals.

I love this place , the classes are flexible in the times I need for a 9-5 job . I enjoy working in a group setting it’s very motivating , all the coaches are attentive you’re not just on your own . I don’t get a sweat or burn like this with any other workouts , I’ve loss over 60lbs since joining in February. My waist is small and I got a lil booty lol from these workouts . I love that my workouts are already planned no need to think just show up and get it done !

I LOVE this gym! I started going in March 2023. My main goal was to lose weight. I didn’t realize how much I’d end up looking forward to going to these classes every day. Not to mention, the way it’s helped my mental health! The way the coaches help teach you and also push you to try things out of your comfort zone has been such a fun experience. We have fun during our classes, they play the BEST music, and we all challenge each other to push harder. There’s no judgment either, we are all there trying to become better than who we were yesterday.💪🏼 The mental health change has been the most amazing to me, & the weight loss is such a nice added bonus!! 100/10 recommend!

This gym is more than a place to work out. It’s a family. Everyone pushes each other to be the best version of themselves. The coaches are awesome. They are careful to work around injuries and the workouts always vary so you are never bored. Personal training is at another level (thanks Luke 😩).
