This place is so much more than a gym. And it truly lives up to its name. The Legion has transformed me. Forget about the fact that I’ve lost over 25 pounds since I started going there in April 2021, and forget about the fact that I have become stronger than I ever thought I could be, this place has given me a new sense of community a sense of belonging somewhere and has made me proud of myself. The coaches are phenomenal. They are patient when they need to be and tough when it matters. They are all incredibly knowledgeable about strength training and physical fitness and have coached me through ups and downs along the way. I was injured on vacation this past summer and the coaches went out of their way to provide me with alternative workouts to make sure that I still felt like a member of this group. That meant so much to me and you don’t find that other places. They really do care. I think the best thing about Legion is that it is a “come as you are “kind of place, which was best said by another member. If you are an incredible athlete, this place is for you. If you are just starting out and are at level zero, this place is also for you. It takes all shapes and sizes and fitness levels and everyone is welcome and will leave feeling happy yet exhausted. I joined for a 6 week transformation challenge and quickly knew I found the right place to keep me motivated and help me reach my goals. The workouts are challenging and fun! Everyday is a new workout designed to help you get stronger. The instructors are very knowledgeable and engaged with each of the members - offering nutrition and exercise advice whenever asked. They promote a "family" atmosphere and the members are very friendly and welcoming. Legion is the BEST and would recommend to anyone ready for a change and ready to sweat!

Highly recommended! I am very glad I made the choice to commit to Legion’s six week challenge. It was the motivation I needed to get back on the right track to better health. I successfully completed the challenge, dropping 31 lbs. in six weeks. It wasn’t easy! Legion gives you all of the tools you need, but it is YOU that must work hard to get results. Legion provides a plentiful class schedule (some classes more crowded than others), full in-classroom support with dedicated trainers, special meal plans and a lively group atmosphere where everyone is supporting each other, all working toward the same goal. During the entire six weeks I always felt that Legion was on my side and was really invested in helping me succeed. I encourage you to give Legion a try and begin the path to a healthier you!

Fantastic gym! Joining Legion transformed me physically and more importantly mentally. I was able to reach my fitness and weight goals and now working to get back to my peak fitness days. The coaches adjust for each member and can make exercises easier or more progressive based on fitness levels and modify for injuries. You can also go to any Legion in the area, which allows you to work with different coaches and see different styles.The best part about Legion is the gym family! Not only do they hold you accountable to show up to daily classes, even more they provide motivation, encouragement and support for your journey. Joining Legion is not a gym decision it's a life decision... And of course the Springfield location is the best 😀😀

Legion Springfield is a great place to work at losing weight and get Fit. Whether you want to just lose 20 lb or get regular exercise, both come with coach motivation/supervision in clean facilities (they follow Covid compliance/cleaning protocols). I recommend this gym! The workouts are always varied, so it doesn't get stale! Since joining Sept 2019, I found the guidance and accountability I needed. Members and challengers all work to encourage each other-- one of the best benefits!
