I discoved SPENGA in Spring House , Pa in the fall of 2024. I popped in one morning and was greeted by a friendly and super helpful front desk person. I found a great workout which includes 20 min of Spinning, 20 min of strength training and finishing up with 20 minutes of yoga. The workout challenging and done in an hour. The instructors are Knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. My fellow class members are inspiring and fun. The best part is, one gets out of the workout what one puts into it. Despite being a group class, you are only compete against yourself. If you are looking for a great workout that will give you cardio, strength training and work on your flexibility, in One hour, then SPENGA may be just what you are looking for.

The best workout with the best people! I recently attended one of the new Friday evening classes at 4:30 and thought it was great. I'll definitely be back on a Friday. What a great way to start the weekend! Spenga truly offers the best community and the best workout.

You are never too old to start exercising. Started a little over two years ago at age 58 1/2 and from the first time I walked in the door, the instructors and customers of all ages were all so friendly, encouraging and non judgemental. The work out is just enough for each station of cycling, strength, and yoga. I never feel pressure or judged at any workout. The spaces, machines, showers and bathrooms are immaculate. The work out gives me more energy, strength, and zen. There are workout times for everyone's schedule. The 5:30 am class is the bomb and Denise helps us start our day with an awesome fun energizing workout. Very proud of reaching 100 workouts only going two days a week.

I ran a marathon back in 2019 and had stopped working out or being physically active since. I’d been feeling more lethargic, especially after work, and someone suggested I try working out. I began a trial at spenga and have really enjoyed it. The cycling portion is easy on my knees, and strength is adaptable to amateurs like myself. I look forward to yoga to wind down after a days work and after the work out. Ive been attending since April once a week and have noticed an improvement in my core strength and overall stamina. The coaches are super encouraging and knowledgeable. This is the longest I’ve been consistent with a work out regimen and I have no plans on stopping anytime soon. Highly recommend to anyone interested in group classes.

If you’re thinking about trying SPENGA, do it! As someone who has always hated working out, I’ve been enjoying SPENGA Spring House classes for almost a year. The instructors are friendly and encouraging. The facility is clean and provides a great space for all 3 sessions. Overall, very positive experience. Wish I would have joined sooner!
