Bill and the other trainer are great. The gym is very clean and semi private training only has 3 per class with areas marked off to keep your distance. Training tuned to individual needs and trainers keep you motivated. Feel awesome after a workout and great stress reliever.

Like everyone else locked down during Covid I stopped exercising. My back became an issue and I decided to seek help in getting back into a healthy lifestyle. I have been going to Motivate Fitness for over a year now and the results are amazing. I used to go to the gym, going through the motions but now I know the correct way to perform the exercises to gain greater results. I was taken through routines, slowly building back up my strength. The stressing of core and balance has made a huge difference in my everyday life. The trainers are mindful of issues you might have and create programs to best meet your goals. After a lifetime of working out I am finally seeing results.

I owe a bit of gratitude to Bill and his crew at Motivate Fitness. They took the time to listen, assess and prescribe the best path to health I needed. I felt instant relief in knowing I was in the right place and the perfect hands. I was definitely over training and under fuelling my body. With some small changes in my workouts I saw some great changes in strength, flexibility, body comp and overall confidence of well being. I do not know the reason but I feel taller when I finish my workouts with Bill and his crew. Motivate Fitness hits on every one of my fitness needs and goals. I look forward to each and every workout. Cannot wait until the next one. Thank you Bill and Motivate Fitness. You are a life saver.

I never used to like going to the gym. I would go maybe for two to three weeks. Then stop. Bill, Tim and Jake are great. They encourage and educate you. You see people your age or older(I'm 53). Sessions have maybe 6 people. So you get plenty of one on one time with one of the guys. I now actually like going to the gym. Even when I was in the Army I never liked doing PT. But Bill and the guys changed that.

I started at Motivate Fitness to get stronger, healthier and faster in my golf swing. Bill, Tim and Jacob do an amazing job! What I like the most is how they hold me accountable and Motivate me to work as hard as I can to reach my goals. They set the goals and provide an atmosphere that makes me want to go to the gym and spend time with them as they share the same passion towards my improvement as I do. This really helps me stay focused and I am seeing a major improvement after 3 weeks.
