Lord's Gym

They have a wide range of equipment from machines 2 sets of all lower weight and heavier weight, cardio bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, and free weights. There is no set fee just donation including bottled water

Felt welcome my first time there, and I plan on returning! 😀 The sign up process was easy and Byran was very helpful and very friendly. They also have great Christian music to workout to. They also have lots of gym equipment to use. It's a healthy outlet to go to and destress from life's crazy mess. Also a great place to work on ones physical and mental self.

It's a great gym. They offer a free gym with donations if you can. They do this though a ministry of Grace Fellowship Church. I think that's a great idea. So you're not going to get the top of the line equipment but you will get what you need with plenty of free weights and mech weights. The only thing is that their hours are 7 - 5 most days.

I've been using Lord's Gym for a couple years. The owners and volunteers keep the place neat as can be and are so gracious and happy to help and talk to anyone who comes in. The equipment is so varied - tons of machines, all in good condition. You can really do just a basic workout or experiment with unique machines. I also enjoy the back room with open space to do any kind of bodyweight workout, stretch, etc. The power-lifting area is set up really intelligently as well. I miss Niko but all the volunteers are so friendly and helpful. Thank you Lord's!
