I can't recommend Julie highly enough! When I first went to see her a year and a half ago, I was feeling utterly hopeless. I hadn't attended a fitness class in over a decade, and I had completely given up on the idea of ever feeling comfortable in my body again. I remember telling her that I felt like I was just existing and that I desperately wanted to start living again. From that moment, Julie made it her mission to help me rediscover my strength and confidence. Her faith in me was absolutely contagious, and it changed my life. Now, I get up and go for early morning bike rides almost every day—something I never would have imagined doing before. Her group strength training classes are both empowering and enjoyable, and the private sessions are perfectly tailored to your needs and goals. Beyond just being a fitness trainer and dietician, she’s been a true source of inspiration and support. I can’t thank her enough for helping me not just exist, but truly live.

My wife and I have been working with Tim for a few months now. He is really good to work with and he focuses on your goals and staying injury free. We both have improved strength and flexibility.

I have been seeing Julie for about a year, and I have only had positive experiences with her. She takes the time to really work with you and adjust to your life style. I have always felt heard and taken seriously. I am a client who is completely remote and tele health, and I have still seen amazing progress. My health and relationship with food and exercise has changed for the better. I came to Julie with stomach issues that would not resolve with medication, but once we focused on my diet and the foods I did not tolerate, my issues have almost cleared up completely. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to make a change in their lifestyle.

About 2 years ago, I came across Julie at Complete Wellness when I did a Google search for a Nutritionist in my area. I wanted to lose some weight, but also get back on a healthy track. Julie has given me the knowledge to make lasting changes in my diet and exercise routine. She is extremely knowledgeable, but also down to earth and relatable. I’ve reached out to Julie a couple of times over the past couple of years whenever I need additional advice with diet or exercise, and I’m always greeted in the same personable manner. I’ve learned so much about healthy eating habits and strength training, and I’ve been able to lower concerning lab numbers. I would recommend Julie, hands down, to anyone seeking nutrition or strength training guidance. Nothing but positivity!!

Apologies in advance for the long post but it's worth it. Having worked with Tim for several months now, I figured it was finally time to write a review since I feel like I have truly experienced the training that Tim provides. To begin, I had recently moved to the area, had no plans on working with a trainer, and had done no research about where to train. Tim came up to me in the parking lot outside of the studio and asked me what my goals were. I flippantly answered to finish moving into my new house, things were solidly overwhelming still at that point and I didn't really have the energy for a sales pitch. To my surprise, Tim smiled, congratulated me on my new home and told me that when I was ready to prioritize my health and happiness, to let him know. I'll be honest, the lack of a sales pitch and friendliness, made me follow up with him and have my first session. Discussing prices, I was pleasantly surprised, not just with the cost but the policies about things like cancellation were there to protect Tim but to also take care of the client - truly a first experience for me but a tone that Tim keeps throughout. Months later, I can attest not just to the results but to Tim and his philosophy as a whole. Firstly, he's the only trainer I have ever worked with who takes into account my energy levels, emotions, or desires into the workout. Having a low energy day? He builds a workout that adapts to that. Frustrated or angry? He pulls out the boxing gloves and sets you up to punch it out. Quiet and in the zone? He's getting those heavy weights set up and pushing you to PR as you go. Traveling? At a hotel gym? Tim is popping on video and getting you moving no matter what equipment you have. Since day one, he wanted to know what my goals were and then uses them to drive every interaction. Atmosphere at the studio couldn't be better. Tim and Julie never fail to greet clients by name, a hello, and a huge smile. And that energy carries into your session. Tim is a smiling, positive, encouraging force every step of the way. When I'm annoyed at myself for not picking up on something as quickly as I want or bad form, Tim is there with a smile, encouragement, and a "strong girl". Gotta love a mantra that emphasizes strength over everything. Finally, results, I am lifting heavier (I love lifting so this is exactly what I wanted), I feel stronger, I am excited for my workouts, I have more energy...Tim is telling me that his work is there "keeping you (me) alive!" and I feel that. I have had the trainers that seemed more focused on my "bikini body" than I was. The ones who want the money you bring in and nothing more. Tim is none of those. He is your support system and there to push you harder. I would recommend him as highly as I could to anyone in the area looking for personal training.
