MOVE Power Yoga

This studio is absolutely amazing in every way possible. It has so much to offer and there is a class for everyone at every level!! I have taken stretch, power and sculpt so far and I am obsessed with all of them. I love the challenge of sculpt along with the incorporation of free weights. This class I have noticed and felt an improvement in strength, endurance and flexibility. Even dropping down to no weights during some sets, and you still feel the burn! All of the instructors are unbelievably welcoming, knowledgeable and have great energy on and off the mat; an energy that makes you wanting to come back time and time again. They are hands on and assist so you get the most out of each track and in a way that is safest for your body!! Don’t let the heat intimidate you, the sweat and movement with the heat feels SO GOOD. The amenities in studio make it a great place to get ready for your day post class with a clean and beautiful shower and bathroom space. Don’t sleep on this studio. Do your mind and body a favor and book a class, purchase a class pack / membership now!!!

I cannot say enough complimentary things about MOVE. I feel so grateful that such an amazing yoga studio opened in our area. Hannah is such a hands on owner and also an amazing instructor. Their sculpt class is unlike any other, an incredible workout that is a combination of yoga, cardio and toning. Kara and Laura C are so motivating and high energy making every class fun. I am newer to yoga but so far loving their power class. It is so challenging in a different way. Christine is awesome!! Can’t wait to try a stretch class and a candle light class. Lastly the studio itself is beautiful and there are so many fun events to enjoy. I could go on and on but do yourself a favor and check it out!!

To say that MOVE Boutique Yoga Studio sets the bar high in an understatement! The studio itself is BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN!!! The atmosphere, community, and instructors are all AMAZING. Move has a wide variety of Class Offerings over an expansive amount of time throughout the day to suite your needs. If you haven’t visited MOVE yet, I strongly recommend you do, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

i started going to move in feb 2024 with absolutely no hot yoga experience & less than 3 months later i have completed over 50 classes. I LOVE IT!!! the studio is gorgeous, clean, and smells like a spa. the teachers are all amazing instructors and people! if you're thinking about giving it a go, i promise you won't regret it!
