Around March 2024, I saw on FaceBook they were opening a studio near me. I never did Pilates before and I knew I needed to commitment to an exercise program. I reached out and Amy was my first contact and I signed up over the phone, without an intro class. My first class was on April 30 and it was the best decision I made in a very long time. The front desk support staff are amazing and super friendly. A viewer mentioned the front desk check in process is awkward, I would have to disagree. Once you start coming, they know your face/name and there is no waiting behind the counter to check in. It is a seamless process. The instructors are supportive and guide you along the way. If you zone out for a minute, they get you back on track. I have been going for months and sometimes I need assistance with moves and they are happy to help. No drill sergeants here, they push you within your limits. The classes are challenging however if you need a calming class, take a center and balance class. My husband and friends see results and I could not be happier. I am feeling toned and have more energy. Shout out to Melissa, Amy, Myra, April, and Angel (sorry if I missed anyone). For 50 minutes you are giving us exactly what we deserve - me time!!!! Thank you.

Found it very difficult to schedule classes and plan your life when you're working full-time because there is always a waitlist. Additionally, there are not many class options on the weekends. You cannot carryover any classes the following month even if there are no available classes that fit your schedule Read the fine print before signing anything. And if you schedule a class with your available credit on the app on the last day of your billing cycle they will automatically cancel that class the morning of and your SOL I did call them and they were like oh well sorry that's the way it is

Went for an intro class. The studio is located by Learning Express. I reached out to Google to fix the location, you're welcome :) The studio is very clean and a nice welcoming space. I will say, the layout of the counter being directly in front of a bench people sit on is very odd because you're checking in and your backside is to someone's face. Awkward LOL. The class was good and challenging. It is the type of class you're on your machine (called a revolver) and you missed one direction, you feel lost. I didn't care for that feeling. The instructor was good at getting me back, but that one time really I felt lost and had to look at someone else. It is a lot of instructor lead instructions. "Don't forget to breathe. Now move your hands. Now move your legs" At times, to me, it felt very drill sergeant like. It will keep your mind busy, but if you struggle with anxiety, it may trigger you. They then tell you about how the $149 fee will be waived if you sign up today for classes. Classes are 4 classes a month for $109 a month (min of 3 months!), and they have an 8 class option and unlimited (where you can visit other gyms they have). I forgot the pricing on those. I think the pricing is high, but I feel like that's every fitness place like this, so it's typical. The instructor did talk to me afterwards which was nice she took the time to discuss some things. Overall, it's a great space and relaxing atmosphere. You should try a class and see what you think! As of July 2024 they are a "new studio"
