I have been training for over 4 years and recently earned my black belt. I’m only 17 but signing up has already changed my life tremendously. Not only have I learned to defend myself, I trained my mind, and made friends, too. I’ve become a more confident person who works harder than ever. Master Z is like a second father to me, and I know he always has my best interests in mind even though he can be tough on me often. Everyone that goes to this school respects each other, and since I joined I was treated with so much more respect than I ever was from any other group of people. The studio is my happy place.
