My Wife and I have gone there for sessions and have done retreats there including a private retreat for myself, even to the point i even found myself wishing it was a two week retreat because it helped so much. I felt like i was not just heard but understood by both Carrie and her husband Christopher. Both have given me new tools i was able to use right away and have given me the gift of being able to “see myself” in such a better light. The meditation i learned was fun & interesting. I’ve used it in my daily life to start my day and find it really helpful. The yoga helped with feeling more comfortable and was perfect for a low impact man like myself. A great experience, would recommend them to anyone.

There are not enough good words in the dictionary to describe the work that Carrie and her husband, Chris do here at hOMe PYM. I live in Raleigh and tried to find something similar that incorporated therapy, yoga and meditation and it does not exist. Carrie has helped me over the last year tremendously.
