An amazing place to train. Coach Pereira has a perfect mix of discipline and motivation style of coaching that motivates to push beyond your limits. Your fellow fighters in the gym are very helpful and motivating too. This is a great place to train and form a masculine brotherhood. 100% recommend it to anyone looking to get the benefits of physical workouts, mental well-being and a brotherhood of masculine men.

I signed my son up at this gym nearly 2 years ago and I'm thrilled to have made that decision. This place is a positive and great place for anyone thinking of joining a self defense class that builds confidence or just a place to keep in shape and motivated. Awesome place and highly recommend.

Signed up 8 months ago and have not looked back. It’s a great gym where you can learn a lot and also light your competitive spirit. Everyone is friendly and very helpful, and the Professor is highly knowledgeable in Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and MMA. So it’s a great environment. If you’re looking to improve your fitness, but also improve as a person, then you’re in the right place!

Dedicated parking and equipment with the bundle is worth the monthly price. Pretty clean locker and shower area. People are pretty respectful and felt pretty comfortable after the 3rd time going.
