Square Pilates is a lovely, bright, clean and welcoming space. Deirdre made me feel comfortable in the space and with the apparatus from the first lesson despite my lack of Pilates background. I was looking to restart a regular fitness routine after having a baby and have found Pilates, specifically at Square Pilates, a great choice! Deirdre is super knowledgable, efficient and professional. A great addition to the Square.
