Great staff. Great atmosphere. PFP is the best place to train, whether you are just starting or have been an athlete most of your life. Also one of the best places to get a massage! Love walking in and always leave better than when I came!

I love that the gym is always clean, friendly, and well-equipped. It's also great that the gym is flexible enough to let members join a class even if they're running late. Overall, I think the gym does an excellent job of making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I have definitely noticed improvement in my strength and cardio.

I started PFP about 6 weeks ago and am really enjoying the classes. I was spinning my wheels at a local $25 a month gym but finally came to the conclusion that I needed structure, inspiration, variety and most of all: a challenge! That’s what I’ve found at PFP. GREAT group of coaches and trainers that really pay attention to you and help with your form and movements during class, which is very helpful as I have NEVER done this type of training before. I look forward to getting some personal training for weightlifting to be able to safely participate in the weightlifting classes. If you can work it into your budget, definitely opt for the recovery monthly membership, I love the sauna and compression and use them almost daily especially on my off days. Shower facilities and massage therapists available to book too!

I have struggled with constant injury during sports and working out due to some hypermobility issues. I came to PFP to get some guidance on how to strengthen my muscles to support my joints and found Gina Moss, who has a background in physical therapy. She even has experience with hypermobility, as she has some of the same issues I do! Since coming here, I have loved the guidance and support I get from Gina, who always encourages me to listen to my body and stay consistent without pushing myself to injury. I feel stronger and more capable to live my daily life. The gym atmosphere is awesome too! The staff is friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had any issues with other patrons like at some gyms. If you’re looking for a gym without creeps and with plenty of people to help you meet your goals, PFP is the place!
