I’ve had a wonderful experience as a new client at Arsenal Strength and would highly recommended this business to anyone who is interested in getting into the gym but feels scared to start. I had a consultation with the owner, Brooks, that left me with an overall positive impression that this would be a friendly, inclusive place - and my experience has not disappointed. I started with 4 personal training sessions to prepare me for the classes, and my trainer, Lizzie, was motivating, engaging, kind, and well-informed. I was nervous about going from 0 to 100, but Lizzie modified my routine to my abilities and body’s needs during our trainings. I joined my first class this morning and truly surprised myself by my ability to keep up, thanks to everything I practiced with Lizzie. I find the space & people very welcoming, and the classes fun and engaging. I have always been someone who dreaded going to the gym, but Arsenal Strength has genuinely turned that around for me. A final bonus that I’ll mention is that Brooks and Lizzie actually *asked* me what my goals were instead of assuming, and this business has been extremely respectful of me not being interested in intentional weight loss. It can be hard to find spaces that are able to separate your fitness from your weight, so I wanted to emphasize that for anyone who is either not interested in intentional weight loss, or requires non-weight loss related fitness programming for mental health reasons. I’ve been able to simply use improvements to my strength, stamina, and technique as markers of success and it feels great. Overall, I’m confident that no matter what your needs or abilities are, Arsenal Strength will be an inclusive place for you to make it work. Give it a try!

If you’re like me and have always disliked regular gyms, this place is for you. It’s the perfect blend of CrossFit and something like Orange Theory, offering dynamic and engaging classes with knowledgeable coaches. The vibe is super welcoming, the programming is well thought out, and the gym is consistently clean and organized! I just started about a month ago but can tell will stick around long term.

I was looking for a gym after my back surgery to reinforce my muscle after years of pain. I have had terrible experience in the past, or I would never follow through and give up after 6 or 8 months. And then, I found Arsenal strength. At first I was scared and uncomfortable, as I never did CrossFit. But everyone here has been so supportive. It doesn’t matter your level or how little you know about it. The coaches are always here for you, showing you the right moves. I feel I am having a personal coach even if we are 15 in the class. They always adjust the workout for my needs as there is so many things I can’t do anymore. I love how inclusive this gym is and I always feel the love and support from staff and other members. At first it was hard, but after the first 1 months of soreness, it gets better! Don’t give up and go at your own speed! So grateful to have find this gym. Final plus: easy access and easy free parking!

Best gym I've ever dropped into! Very inviting and welcoming! Coach was great and was very clear on the workout. I got a fantastic workout to start my day. Anytime I'm in the area I'm definitely coming back to Arsenal! Thanks Brooks for letting me drop in! See ya next time!

My experience is a bit unique. I met with Brooks to talk over some very specific goals I have and he told me that they are not the best place to assist me with my goals and referred me to someone else. If my fitness goals change and I want to do something more in line with what type of training they specialize in, I will not hesitate to go back because that kind of honesty and frankness is not always commonplace in the business world. He could've promised me the world and taken my money but he and his gym clearly prioritize honesty and customer satisfaction which I think is great.
