This location in particular isn't one that I would usually visit due to me living out of town but, I am so glad I did. There is a very sweet young lady by the name of Jordyn who was at the front desk on 1/11/25. Her customer service and overall personality is completely unmatched to say the very least! She is an amazing soul with beautiful energy! I would also like to mention that Dana is also an employee that deserves to be recognized! Her personality and professionalism made me feel comfortable and allowed for a great visit. These two ladies are awesome and deserve everything great that comes their way!

The (2) Team Members (Adrianna & Robbie) that work at this location are phenomenally friendly, they’re always working whether cleaning the facility, working with members & guest and they always have a wonderful attitude & smile!! I’m not sure what they’re paid; however, they should be paid more because they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Robbie has opened the gym, on time @ 5am, after the snow we got Sunday, and it’s MLK’s Birthday. Adrianna ALWAYS has a smile on her face, and always gives you a warm welcome when she’s not working the floor. These (2) members are AWESOME SAUCE, and deserve so much more than what they are given/paid!! They really make this location a friendly & I recommend anyone looking for a gym to stop here 1st. First time at this location. Very nice and clean. No weights missing or misplaced like other locations. They do have some of the newer equipments that uses free weights which is a first and a plus. The overall atmosphere it feels safe and cozy.

I go to 4 PF locations in the general area and this one is my favorite. It is always clean and the machines are all newer and most have the digital timers on them which I rely on to time my sets. There are plenty of machines and I rarely need to wait to get on one. Josh and Jordan are usually on staff while I'm there and both these guys are attentive and cordial and keep the place stocked and looking great. An important note - this place is always well cooled in the summer and warm in the winter which I can't say the same for at some of the other locations. I wish the men's locker room was vented a little better, but can't take a star off because of the building.

Recent renovations were so needed. Good gym and great price. Sundays I get to workout then pop in to Aldi next door!
