Clean and well-kept family-owned gyms and fitness centers are hard to find nowadays. You will find a very clean facility and well-maintained equipment. The gym is never crowded and you don't have to wait for a piece of cardio equipment. What is a big bonus is that it is connected with a chiropractic office. You can get adjusted, get a massage and exercise all under one roof!

It is a small but clean facility. The staff is friendly. They have machines & free weights, as well as multiple medicine & exercise balls. I recommend it if you are looking for a no-nonsense place to exercise where it doesn't feel like a cattle call to work out.

The fitness center is great, very clean nice selection of music while your working and the staff and members are very friendly great place to work out
