Actually feels like a fitness center not a nation wide chain! Best gym around and really good prices! You can go 24/7 with your finger print.

Idk, nursing another injury. Tried to get a personal trainer n it was a waste of time. Downgraded to 2 star. I've had a few things go missing here, very recently. That being said, the facilities overall are great. The culture there definitely pushes me harder than at other gyms... def in my best shape ever. Most of the people are pretty chill and helpful. 24-7 with keypad access, so, safe after hours. Up until the last month or so I had literally forgot my phone there several times, and never locked my locker without problems. Recently someone with sticky fingers is around.

Great gym and we are lucky to have something like this in Nanticoke. Plenty of equipment for all levels and it does get maintained regularly. The owner cares and it shows.

24 hour access is awesome. They are close to home and meet my current needs. The gym is clean and staff friendly. I could see the need to update some equipment, and only one working shower in the men's locker room is what stops me from rating them higher.
