I was looking for a way to strengthen my core and improve my balance after a total knee replacement, and found Mechanicsburg Kung Fu Center through a recommendation by my chiropractor. The teaching team is incredible, I feel welcomed and supported, and classes are convenient. I would encourage anyone at any level of fitness to try tai chi at the Mechanicsburg Kung Fu Center!

Brian is an excellent master in teaching Kungfu. My children learned with him as younger age (6) and continued to now. He is very thoughtful, patience and explained to the kids not only how to be discipline, enhancing health , but also to be a good person. Especially with children in Autism Spectrum, he is very understandable and tried to encourage them to participate with peers. It is not easy to find the place where is willing to teach the kids in spectrum without judging. Mechanicsburg Kungfu center is needed place for all the boys and girls with or without disability. Highly recommended parents to enroll their children to practice in this place!

I started at Mechanicsburg Kung Fu center a few months ago. The instructors and everyone in the classes are incredibly helpful and patient. If anyone is looking for a place to help with mental and physical health while also learning something fun and unique, I highly recommend giving it a try.

I started attending Tai Chi classes 6 months ago and love the classes. Brian is a terrific teacher and makes learning fun as he breaks down concepts. Other students are welcoming and helpful. Classes really help with better body mechanics and awareness.

My oldest son joined the Mechanicsburg Kung Fu Center about 2 years ago. Just recently my youngest son has joined. Brian/Sifu Lahr has been a great instructor, role model and all around good person to both of my boys. I could not be happier with how well they are doing inside and out of the center with better self-control, confidence, and respect. An additional bonus to the center is Sifu Wagner. He, too, has been a good influence. I would highly recommend joining the Kung Fu Center if you are looking.
