Do not start a membership here. Been trying to cancel my membership for months now. Haven’t got a call back once. They have no problem charging me monthly though lol.

It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone to start a membership or end one. There’s never an employee at the location so no one answers when you call. The only way I’ve successfully gotten ahold of them is by messaging them on Facebook. I wanted to start a membership, they said someone would call me but no one ever did. In the past I had started a membership and my key card wouldn’t work and I got another key card and that one didn’t work either. I got tired of spending hours of my day to drive all the way there and get a keycard and it repeatedly not working and ended up canceling. They need to have better communication and customer service.

Small fitness center with enough basic equipments. But very bad customer service and cleanliness. Left note saying refill sanitizer, but never did that. Many times no paper napkins to wipe equipments.. No customer service at all.. Never answer phone calls or respond to emails.

I’ve been trying to get in contact in order to cancel my subscription and no one will answer my calls or emails. I got charged and need a refund. Never signing up again!

Clean with all the equipment you would want, but there never seem to be any employees here. Also not in the most crime-free part of town.
