I have been attempting to get my medical records from Wenger. I have called three times on three different day and talked to three different individuals - each shared they would scan the necessary information and email it to me that same day. Due to their lack of professionalism, I missed a preauthorization timeframe and need to start the process all over again.

I will only see Dr. Hollinger! He's an amazing chiropractor one of the best I've ever had! Always takes time to listen! I live out of state so it's not always possible to get an appointment when I need one but Dr Hollinger has bent over backwards for me! Tried a couple of others here at Wenger Chiropractic but didn't like their approach and felt worse afterwards.

I liked it until my bill was 10% more than the maximum of the range they quoted me on my service. They phone quoted $78 - $113 and charged me $126. My first visit included an adjustment. I had full range of motion and no significant pain when I went in. I was hoping this would help me recover from a lower back strain a week ago. L The doc spent a total of 20 - 25 minutes with me. Not bad. I did not feel rushed. The Doc was kind and told me one leg was a little shorter. Told me I should be in good shape after several visits, 4-6 was his guess. Each adjustment after the first was quoted at $44. I chose not to go back because they billed me higher than they quoted over the phone, and did not change it after I told them that they quoted me less.

This crew is my go to whenever I need an emergency adjustment or just to help keep things aligned. They have helped with many lower back problems that I've dealt with and their diverse team gives them a wide range doctors/styles that can assist anyone. They often are also able to get you into the office quickly, which has been a life-saver numerous times.
