This the best place to come get a workout! The facility is always clean and the staff is highly trained, knowledgeable and professional! Ty and Gianni treat everyone with the utmost respect and courtesy… I would recommend coming here to any of my friends and family!

I recently had a membership issue and needed to call the club to speak with a manager to work out the details and cancel my membership. I was hoping for a refund of the most recent charges to my card but my hopes were not high. Luckily, I was fortunate enough to get Andrew Reever on the phone who was super helpful and even after multiple phone calls between he and I (and he even called back when he said he would!!!) he was able to help to my complete satisfaction. Thank you so much Andrew and to the rest of the staff especially if they are as well trained, helpful and polite as he is!!

If they could learn how to keep the pool open and clean, I would be very satisfied. I’ve been here 7 months and came for the pool and machines. The pool has been closed close to 3 months out of that 7, over various periods. Might be headed back to Y. I never get answers to when it will be open. Like the machines and staff.

The swimming pool closes unexpectedly and frequently for repairs, sometimes for a month-plus. It was closed June through August 2024 unexpectedly. It is closed again for the last 5 + weeks and as of today, Jan 11 2025, no firm date on when it will open. On the plus, there is great number and wide variety of weightlifting equipment.

It’ll be great if they had somebody here to open up the gym on time. People have been sitting in their cars for over an hour, and it’s still not open. Completely unacceptable.
