Planet isn’t my to go gym, but this location in kutztown is by far the nicest I’ve been to. Great equipment, nice staff, and clean stations. The manager Brian was very hospitable and made me feel like a member even though I was a guest for the day. 10/10 would come back to this specific location!!

I love how easy it is to come in, get my workout in and leave. I’ve never had a negative experience with any of the desk employees or the other guests. I’ve never seen a guest keep a machine to themselves for an indecent amount of time and everyone takes their turns patiently. I never feel judged at all. An overall a very pleasant atmosphere!

Planet Fitness as a franchise can be easy to tease, but this particular establishment deserves praise. I've felt discriminated against by the staff at some other PFs, but I've always felt welcomed and appreciated here. It's clean and has great equipment. For the monthly membership fees and the features it offers, it's a pretty great...dare I say, GYM. If I could offer any constructive criticism it would be that the music is too loud, which is especially unnecessary when everyone brings their own head phones anyway. I just don't love feeling your bass over my own music.

Love this gym! The staff are friendly and attentive, the facility is clean, and had plenty of equipment. Good gym for any experience level, from beginner to advanced.

This particular gym has a variety of machines and unique features that are not offered at other locations. The staff was friendly and precise with maintaining a clean atmosphere for customers!
