Capital Punishment Boxing Gym

As a concerned mother, I feel compelled to share my experience at this boxing gym after taking my son for the first time. I had high hopes of introducing him to the sport in a safe and positive environment, and I must say, the staff and coaches were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. They greeted us with warmth and seemed genuinely invested in helping the kids feel comfortable and supported. However, unfortunately, what I witnessed during our visit was deeply troubling. A bearded individual, who did not appear to be part of the staff, was using incredibly provocative and derogatory language around the children. His words were not only inappropriate but also unsettling given the presence of young people. On top of that, he was handling a pocket knife, frequently flashing it around in a manner that felt both reckless and alarming. This behavior left me feeling extremely uncomfortable, and I cannot, in good conscience, allow my son to return to such an environment. As a mother, my primary concern is his safety and well-being, and I do not believe this gym provides that. For anyone considering this gym, please be cautious—especially if you have children. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

This gym has to be one of the best gyms I have ever been to. Everyone seems very friendly and the coaches are great. Coach Carlito is very wise and has been extremely respectful towards me. I definitely recommend coming here.

I'm a fighter there, I go 3 times a week. While the gym itself is small, the coaches could not be more inviting and engaging with you and are more than helpful with teaching you the ins and outs of boxing, regardless you want to be a fighter or just as a workout. The place is great all around! Very highly recommend CPB, as I'm beyond glad I made the decision to chase my dream at this gym!

This is a cool and authentic boxing gym but is run very professionally. My wife and I go on the weekends for the fitness class ($10). It's clean and safe and a great workout. What's so cool is doing the workout with professional boxers, young couples, retirees and people who just want a killer workout! This is the real deal, unlike the chain box gyms.

Great workout can't wait to continue my bootcamp !
