I recently visited Planet Fitness and had an unfortunate experience. At 9:50 AM, the cleaning staff was using a vacuum and tending to the restroom, which significantly compromised the privacy of those using the facilities. I have been waiting for 30 minutes for the cleaner to leave because I feel very uncomfortable with someone being present while I’m undressed, as I need to shower before going to work. Moreover, it seems the restroom hasn't been cleaned for months, and they chose the busiest time of day to conduct this maintenance, disrupting the clients. This experience has been very frustrating, and I don't plan on returning to this location again. Overall, while the gym offers good equipment and a friendly staff, the lack of consideration for clients' privacy and the poor timing of the cleaning schedule are serious issues that need to be addressed.

I went to this location the other day. Clean all the machines work great. Nice big locker room. This planet fitness is HUGE tons of space to work out. Nice big windows with tons of light give it a really great atmosphere. I really liked the personal trainer Mike P. I will surely be taking some lessons with him once he gets his cert or whatever is needed for him to start doing 1:1 training. He was so friendly. He even gave me some websites for workouts, and gave me some suggestions on where I could look online for proper work out forms so I don’t get another sports injury. Really great team at this planet fitness!

Rudest mfs in delco work out here. Stealing equipment right from under you despite clearly respectfully waiting patiently to get it next. Otherwise, its clean, nice staff and all but the people are insufferable. Guess thats everywhere in delco though.

Really great gym, I love the high ceilings. Very spacious and clean. Even during rush hour, it's crowded but not overflowing, as some gyms can be. Very affordable, like $12/mo or something. Friendly staff. Recommend.

Ridley Location is such a welcoming ,friendly , accommodating and knowledgeable staff from the moment you enter the gym! Gym is clean , equipment is updated and working ! It's definitely worth a membership !
