Jess is truly one of the best yoga instructors I’ve had the pleasure of taking class with. She has created such a beautiful space and welcoming environment for everyone to practice in. Cannot recommend her classes and studio enough!

Jess is definitely one of the nicest and encouraging yoga instructors I've had. She creates a welcoming space for yogis of all levels. I also appreciate her promos and class packages that helps you save money in the long run!

I recently attended Commonwealth Yoga's Zen class led by the owner, Jessica. Her blend of restorative yoga, meditation, and sound healing class created a wonderful and unique experience. Jessica's expertise and diverse approach set this studio apart from others. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in yoga; I'm sure other classes are just as fantastic
