Consistency Over Perfection is by far my most favorite place I've had a chance to workout at. Denise is amazing and she is dedicated to helping women get healthy by educating us on exercising and nutrition. Plus she gives us a safe place to get to be real and we have the best conversations that help with mental health as well. I love the space Denise has created to help women feel confident when those big gyms can be intimidating. The other women in the class are so encouraging and we help push each other. It's limited space, so if you're lucky enough to get a spot, take it! I have been going here for almost a year and a half and I still look forward to going 3 times a week. Thanks Denise for creating Consistency Over Perfection ❤️

Since starting with Denise, I have gained….confidence, strength, and friendships. I have tried other gyms and just felt lost. Denise took the time to show me how to use the equipment and make modifications. She is so positive and uplifting. The women in the class keep everything real and encourage each other to keep moving. I walk out after each session feeling revived and ready to take on the world! 💪

I look Forward to going to my workouts, I was not motivated to workout before joining! Denise is awesome, always encouraging and supportive! This is a great place to be apart of, I am feeling more confident about myself. Everyone here Is kind and encouraging, women encouraging women!

Best women’s gym in Erie! I see Denise for personal training/weight training and daily accountability. Staying consistent with my workouts, nutrition and weight currently I am down 50lbs from 220 since mid 2021. I’ve struggled with autoimmune disease and personal back injury and I am still pushing through. Working with Denise and having her support is the best decision I’ve made for my health. Thank you! You’re the best!

Positive & uplifting environment full of amazing women, high quality equipment, and super clean. The workouts burn double the amount of calories I would burn by going to a gym on my own, and in half the amount of time! And best of all, it’s run by a trainer who is all around amazing and an expert who will help you feel comfortable and learn a ton of new exercise techniques!
