Best gym equipment in Erie. If you’re a powerlifter or want to be, this is the place. Friendly, non-judgmental environment with ample space for training. Two Olympic platforms.

Amazing gym! Gerry, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. The atmosphere is great and the equipment is clean and perfect for strength training.

Nice clean new equipment. Staff is passionate about proper power lifting. The are active with the 100% Raw Powerlifting Federation. Some state and local records are represented.

Phenomenal old school power gym with a heavy focus towards traditional powerlifting and bodybuilding. great equipment, Rogue and Texas barbells, York racks and weights. Great place and staff is fantastic. ISOTF
