I cant say enough great things about this place. The instructors are all amazing. They sincerely care about their students and work with you if you have physical challenges. If you are looking for yoga, fitness, and/or meditation; this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed. This was my first time doing yoga, and I definitely have challenges especially with my weight (I weigh a bit over 300lbs). By the time I got to my fifth class I could do poses that I have never ever been able to do, like a plank. All thanks to the amazing instructors whom have worked with me. Also, all the students are extremely welcoming and friendly. You will immediately feel like you have met the perfect community.

I started practicing yoga a year ago at The Yoga Place. Suzanne and her team provide a welcoming environment, without judgment, and the yoga classes are challenging, but fun. Give them a try - You won’t be disappointed!

Love this studio! Whatever it is you want to get out of a yoga practice, you'll find it here. Hatha, vinyasa, restorative, 1:1 instruction, meditation, breathwork and workshops that introduce nuanced healing techniques to round out a holistic approach to mind/body wellness. The teachers are seasoned practitioners who know how to instruct all levels of skill and all ages. One thing you won't find here is woo-woo thinking. Teachers and class members are pretty down-to-earth and welcoming to whomever shows up. Can't say that for a lot of yoga studios. (Criminy, I remember one in Collegeville where the instructor closed her eyes for the whole class but said she could still "see us all." Man, that's some esoteric third eye crap right there.) Anyway, if you're new to yoga or just want to try a different way to get fit and feel your best, call or email Suzanne. Check out a class and see what I mean.
