Refuse to cancel over the phone, force you to either write a letter and follow up a week later or cancel in person. This is outdated, hostile to the user, and ridiculous.

I was at a leg machine when the owner came up to me and told me to hurry up and get off my phone. I told her that I take 2-3 minute rest times and she started saying that people that come in are in a rush and or on their lunch break (I don’t know anyone who goes to the gym on their lunch break). Canceled my membership a week later. I now go to this gym called fitness factory and never had a problem again

Hours suck always packed no reason u can’t have a badge scan in for after 9pm or before 5am

I love this gym, it’s clean, spaced very well and all the employees are helpful, kind and always friendly. My happy place!! Jack and Trish the owners are wonderful people, always asking how things are and if you need anything. I feel like they are extending family. My entire family also come here because the atmosphere is always warm, friendly and comfortable. Keep doing what you’re doing, love this place!!

Been going here for about 10 months. Staff is always very friendly . Lots of machines, clean environment. Has made getting in shape a legitimate joy. Thank you!
