My son has been attending Rothrocks Kung Fu & Tai Chi for years. He loves the weekly classes and especially the demos. He looks forward to learning additional forms. It has been a great investment. My son's self confidence, self esteem and physical capabilities have greatly improved. Alan makes the classes fun while still being professional. I would recommend Rothrocks Kung Fu & Tai Chi to any family.

My daughter has been attending Kung Fu classes here for about six months and loves going! There's great diversity of students ranging in experience levels and Alan makes sure that everybody receives the instruction they need to progress. This experience has helped to build my daughter's confidence and helped her come out of her shell. She is becoming more comfortable speaking in public and has even volunteered for the school talent show, something she would not have wanted to do before. I sleep easier at night knowing that I am facilitating her training to be able to defend herself if ever needed. I would recommend these classes to anybody. They really help build confidence, focus, and are great exercise!

I have been taking Tai Chi at Rothrocks Kung Fu & Tai Chi for 3 years. It's a great way to exercise, keep your muscles limber and learn a new skill. Martial arts is for every age!

I have been attending classes for about 5 weeks now. I love them. Thai chi is relaxing and great low impact exercise. Sifu Alan is a great instructor. Very down to earth, and patient. He knows his stuff but is gentle and humble. I have studied martial arts for years and honestly he is the best instructor I have ever had. I wish I could go everyday. I highly recommend training at Rothrocks.
