The absolute best experience! I received a 90 min massage as a Christmas gift, I had never been to this location before and didn’t know what to expect. As soon as I walked in, I was relaxed. Beautiful, soothing atmosphere. The girl at the desk was welcoming and kind and Cassie came out to greet me . She is an amazing, knowledgeable Young woman . She consults with you prior to see your preferences and problem areas and makes you feel completely at ease. Afterwards, she answered my questions and explained techniques and solutions to issues I was having with great enthusiasm and knowledge. You can tell she loves what she does and is passionate about helping people. Thank you all for a great beginning to end experience, this was the best massage of my life! I will be back soon !

I’m typically not one to leave reviews although I need to give Cassie, my massage therapist all of the kudos in the world. I’ve gotten plenty of massages before and she is the first person to actually take the time to correct the issues I’ve been having. I haven’t felt this great in so long and Im so happy I decided to try this place out 😊

I get frequent massages because I have some serious knots & tension in my back so I tried this place out because I had a gift card. The place is adorable and I’m not trying to be rude but I have to be honest- my regular Masseuse can get more done in 30 minutes than the masseuse here did in 90 minutes. It’s supposed to be deep tissue but there was nothing deep about that massage and I don’t even think she got 1 knot out, it was so disappointing😭 Also, her hands were freezing and she was massaging my head too which was weird because it felt more like she was playing with my freshly washed hair with the oiled up hands and that made my hair so greasy like yikes 😱

Excellent studio to learn yoga! Atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and the staff is wonderful. Yoga instructor is top notch and the massage was one of the best I've had in the area. I would recommend to anyone looking to practice or try something new!

The staff are well trained and professional. I have personally benefited from Cassie's massages. And the wisdom and knowledge of the instructors cannot be matched elsewhere. You will receive far more benefits than you came seeking.
