Yoga Home is a treasure and I was so lucky to participate in the 200 Hour YTT (yoga teacher training). I went to improve my asana practice and learn how to sequence but graduated with so much more. Expect to learn history, philosophy, anatomy, physiology, pranayama, and meditation. The introspection and mindfulness that came from this program are what I found to be the greatest gift. There is no doubt in my mind this program was as amazing as it was because it was at Yoga Home. The teachers and fellow students are supportive, accessible, patient and want you to succeed.

Yoga Home is a wonderful studio offering yoga in a variety of styles to reach all clients, from beginners to the seasoned yogi. They offer a vinyasa yoga teacher training program that trains it teachers through the philosophy yoga is of EVERY body, which is evidence in every class offered in-studio. As a participant in the inaugural YTT program, I wholehearted recommend this program to those seeking to teach yoga for everyone or to those looking to deepen their personal practice.
