Vision + Fitness

I walked into V+F with the mindset that I would join a gym to help me focus on getting physically prepared for my wedding. Exercise & lifting has always served as a way to mentally escape from stress within my career, school, & even personal matters. You name a workout; I’ve probably tried it! Walking into Vision for the first time can feel overwhelming. Charles does his absolute best to greet you the moment you walk in, make you feel comfortable and puts you in a group that will show you the ropes. He remembers everything! So the next time you walk through that door, he makes sure he asks you about the conversation you had the last time you spoke. He has the ability to make you feel included and pushes you physically and mentally to a place you did not realize existed. My husband joined a few months after me & we haven’t missed a workout since. Every instructor & every class is special at this place. Charles & his team care so deeply for their people, that they truly treat us like a family. I’ve met some of my very best friends here that I never would have crossed paths with if it weren’t for Vision. We are quite literally OBSESSED with the people we’ve become because of Charles & this place. The pictures posted show a number of things: Results of an insane year and a half of training for my wedding, the friendships built, & words of support & encouragement exchanged with Charles. He supported me through training for my wedding & cheered me on my journey through finishing grad school. THAT IS NOT NORMAL👏🏼 He goes above & beyond! Vision + Fitness is so much more than a great place to workout.. it has given me purpose & I am forever grateful. I 10000% recommend Vision+Fitness if you want to change your life for the better!

The instructor - David was wonderful and made my first class (reshape) a great experience, it was invigorating and a great first class for a newbie to the gym! He helped me prep for the class and explained how the gym worked in a very welcoming way! The owner Charles also welcomed and introduced me to the gym. I can't wait to try other classes here!!

I have been a member of this incredible and inspiring gym since November of 2023. The beautiful community that the owner/CEO Charles Knowles Jr. has cultivated and built can just be explained by the "feeling" you get when you walk in. You feel welcomed.

Great gym to join. Charles will motivate you to achieve your fitness goals and get you sweating! He makes it a point to know everyone by name and is super friendly too. Highly recommend this place. Canceled my lifetime fitness membership after 1 class here.

This is so much more than a gym, it’s a community. Every trainer cares immensely about the members and provides modifications where needed. I’ve never felt so comfortable attending a gym! Everyone is welcoming and there is a huge variety of class types. The owner, Charles, has crafted every detail of the gym with such care (and it shows!)
