I'm am not an athlete and never have been. But Powertrain has made me go from "yeah I'm not gonna work out because nothing really works " to " I am going 5 days a week and loving it". The few times I have had any concerns about what I am doing in my work outs, they found alternative ways for me to do the exercise that I was not afraid to do. Jonathan and Dennis are tops! I love my early morning crowd. I'm in my 50s and if I had this kind of help in my teens I would have embraced exercise earlier. I have achieved my little goals and seen results from the work. They must be doing something right. I do what they teach me and they are there to support me. Thanks so much! You get what you pay for and what you work for.

I started training at PT about 4 years ago. When I started I had never weight trained and hadn’t completely recovered from a knee surgery I had in 2014. Power Train has helped to strengthen not only my knee but my entire body.

This gym is so amazing. They helped me achieve my weight goals so I could join the military. If I wasn’t stationed so far away I would’ve continued staying with them. I appreciate all of their time! I definitely miss the environment.

Great place to get an early workout in with either personal training or Boot Camp!

Amazing place to train. I love the trainers. I love the people. The trainers know when to give you that extra push we all need sometimes. I went Powertrain to see if I could lose some weight and I am down 70 pounds so far so I have to keep pushing towards my goal and with my trainers in my corner I will get there.
