Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean facility. Variety of classes offered throughout the day. The pool and whirlpool are a huge plus. Very reasonable membership fee. Overall great gym!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility. Aqua instructors are knowledgeable, provide variety and make exercising fun! Cost/ memberships are very affordable.

Great gym! Was visiting Pennsylvania this week for work and wanted to maintain my workout program. As a hardcore weightlifter. I needed a proper gym to workout in. This gym exceeded my expectations. The owner's hospitality was appreciated and really made me feel welcomed. It felt like he actually got know me some (in case you read this, it's Anthony who likes the Panthers!). Also you can't beat $25 for an entire week at the gym. I recommend this gym if you're visiting Chambersburg or even if you live here permanently.

I have access to three different training facilities and this one is truly clean. I enjoy the sauna and steam particularly when my joints begin to ache. I still carry out the five day circuit training routine that Chris Ann developed for me years and years ago.
