Brand new clean spacious tons of New Tech Torture Equipment, tons of free weights. Friendly staff. Did a one day guest pass on the way back home to Tenn.Very good experience. Definitely Recommended. The gym is located in Bethelem PA

I just recently got a membership after my free one day trial and i couldn’t be happier. The equipment feels brand new unlike some other gyms in the area. I’ve never felt like i’ve had to wait for the equipment making my work out actually feel productive and taking full advantage of the space.

Came a couple months ago for a free trial and if I wasn’t moving THIS would be my gym. Amazing staff, incredible facilities, state of the art machines, and extremely clean❤️ loved my time here. You might be put off by the 60 dollar monthly, but I assure you it is well worth it and goes to an owner who clearly cares about the experience of his customers👍🏼 even have a dedicated posing room. If I’m ever back in the valley this is my go to gym HANDS DOWN

Old school, hardcore gym. I really love it!!!! You want to do exercise and avoid people on phones while your wait? this is that place. Variety of equipment. I rather pay little more and work out than cheap and loose time waiting to do my workout. Come, join and enjoy this is your gym. Friendly staff!!!
