Creative Actions Yoga

Denise is a wonderful teacher who really focuses on anatomy to make sure every student gets the most out of each pose for their body. I started practicing yoga when I signed up for Denise’s February/March beginner’s workshop and I am extremely happy that I did! The workshop gave me such a strong foundation to begin my yoga practice and I had no problem dropping into level 1 classes. I also went to the level 1 poses workshop where we really dove into proper alignment. The level 1 poses workshop was so much more valuable that I was imagining (seriously! I would pay double than what was asked!) On top of being incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, Denise keeps her studio spotless. Even before the pandemic, I was very impressed with how she manages the space. In this current situation, Denise goes above and beyond to keep herself and her students healthy. She is legitimately doing everything she can to keep the space sanitary and I feel so safe there. Yoga has had a huge positive impact on my life in these past 6 months, and I don’t think I would be here if I had not taken the beginner’s workshop. I have also taken classes with Beth who radiates such beautiful energy and kicks my butt every time. Each practice I’ve had with Beth have had a different focus and I can tell that she puts in a lot of work before hand to have a deep and meaningful class. Creative Actions Yoga has brought so much positivity to my life and I am so thankful!

The owner/instructor is well trained and offers modifications to adapt the poses to the level of the participants. This is a very welcoming, beginner friendly studio. But also challenging for more experienced yogis. So happy I found Creative Actions Yoga.

Practiced yoga outside today at Creative Actions Yoga. The site was beautiful and peaceful. Feeling grounded and calm today! I would definitely suggest trying the outdoor yoga practices!
