Great local gym with plenty of equipment. There are 1 full squat rack, and 1 barbell stand with a platform for deadlifts and olympic weightlifting, 2 smith machines as well, multiple cable machines, pull-up bar with handles for dips, free weights up to 100lbs, multiple treadmills, bikes, ellipticals and a stair master. There's also kettle bells, various other weighted objects, rings, and other equipment for body weight workouts. The owner is very friendly, and everyone I've met here has been pleasant and cordial too.

Unlike any gym I’ve ever been to before. The space isn’t big, but it somehow has more relevant equipment than a planet fitness (or any other gym I’ve been to). The trainers and members here are all so friendly, no weird gym bro vibe at all. You can do Olympic lifts here, it’s clean, never feels crowded and just a very pleasant place to work out. I also really love that the lockers have locks available on them — I recommend this place for personal training or personal use!

This is a personalized gym setting. There is no office desk to deal with. Kadee, the owner, is accommodating to your needs, respectful, and easy to deal with. Everybody is friendly. Despite its small size, you have all the cardio and strength equipment you need to get a great workout. You don't have to deal with heavy foot traffic and fight over machines. Great gym and atmosphere!

One of my favorite gyms that is close to east end Pittsburgh where I live. Good price, clean. Never crowded. Mostly used as a place for trainers to meet with their clients. You use a key fob to get in. FYI as of time of posting there is no front desk staff during normal hours. I like this as well as it makes it feel almost like your own gym!
