I'm new to Pilates and absolutely love the full body workout I get at this studio. Jonni and Lauren are excellent instructors. They both are extremely knowledgeable and willing to work with any fitness level. They make you feel comfortable, and their passion for Pilates is contagious. I feel so much better after each class... physically and emotionally.

I started at Balance Pilates when I hurt my back and needed to strengthen my core per recommendations of my chiropractor. Pilates here has been more than I could have wished for! It's like having a physical therapist to help you work out. They are so good about correcting our position and helping us gain strength without injury. I went from being scared to work out to enjoying how I was getting leaner and stronger. Highly recommend!!

Pilates Reformer taught at Balance Pilates is not only an excellent workout, but fun as well. The instruction through the whole workout makes it top-notch. The atmosphere is calming and friendly. I’ve not only toned my entire body, but have gained balance as well. I love seeing young adults all the way through senior adults staying fit through Pilates.

I’ve been going to Balance Pilates since December 2017, I’m very pleased with my classes & instructor Jonni. She makes it fun as well as productive. I’ve seen & felt improvement physically even though I’m only able to do 1 class a week (wish I could go 2-3 times wkly). This also helps mentally with the correct breathing techniques she implements with our workouts, I sincerely appreciate her attention to each individual, knowing some of our limitations. Great experience!

Balance Pilates is a great place to build your core strength in a fun and friendly environment! There are a variety of classes and times to choose from for all levels. All of the instructors are great too! I’ve found Pilates to be the most ‘bang for your buck’ to get all of the stabilizer/core muscles involved and worked out in a low impact way and highly recommend to everyone.
